WillRichterian, better known as Dude Ranger, is a Celtic Octavian paratrooper, senior Legion commander, intelligence officer and former politician, currently serving as Chief of the Madrid Police in the Legionary Orderstate, head of Security on the Richterian Council and a leading member of the Zaenderist Intelligence Committee. He is best known for leading the ruthless suppression of the Phalanx Revolt in Toulouse, being one of the principal architects of the repression of the Anti-Zaenderists that occurred in the early days of the second Octavian state and being a founding member and the final commander of the Imperial Order, leading the unit during the last days of Aleczaender's reign in Octavium.
Joining the Richterian Dynasty in 2021, he initially served as an NCO and then officer with the Gendarmerie in the Eternal Octavian Imperium during the last days of Aleczaender’s first tenure as leader of the Dynasty, seeing frequent combat in the streets of Paris against the LVF. A witness to Aleczaender’s retirement ceremony at The Alps in the summer of 1941 and the Great Destruction that followed soon after, he became involved with BugRichterian’s faction and subsequently fought in street battles in Germany with the Richterist party there. After Bug lost the trust of loyalists and Arxillium took over from Ethan, the de facto interim leader of the Dynasty, he became a close friend of Councilman NixilliumRichterian, who became his mentor.
He slowly began to climb the ranks, eventually being appointed leader of a rubberstamp quasi-legislature Arx set up, the Richterian Assembly. Will grew dissatisfied with Aleczaender's approach to the Great Destruction, desiring punishment for Richard, and ultimately ended up ceasing further contact with him. In late 2023, he achieved his goal of ascending to the top of the hierarchy, finally being given a seat on the Richterian Council, the governing body of the Dynasty. However, this personal victory of his was short-lived, as Arx would soon afterwards resign as the Lord of the Dynasty and dissolve it, scattering the Richterians across the platform. As he began to contemplate retirement, he would be swept up by the whirlwind of history.
In late 1954, the unthinkable happened: Aleczaender, rumored to be dead, returned to Spain to reclaim the old Octavian lands and restore the once-great empire. The old soldier decided to defect back to Aleczaender's side, eager for a chance at vengeance against Leutgard, the hated ruler of Teutonnia, the successor to his previous empire, Alemannia. Joining the Imperial Legion's Imperial Order as a founding member, he began to climb the ranks again, culminating in his appointment as Commander of the Order after Dino's retirement. Following Aleczaender's ousting by Teutonnian-backed rebels after his now infamous show trial in Teutonnia, Will remained in the Legion Orderstate and helped with the reorganization of the internal security services, later being made Madrid's Chief of Police.
Early days (2021)
WillRichterian joined the dynasty in July of 2021. Several times prior to him becoming a bloodline member, he had attended events at The Alps with his friend ManfedWinter, which was once the rally grounds and meeting place of the dynasty. There, he would become acquainted with the dynasty, and would meet FrankRichterian and AugustusRichterian, both powerful members of the Richterian Council. Frank, an ally of Richard, would introduce him to Richterism, and in later that month he officially joined the bloodline, being part of the last generation of Richterians during the height of Alec's rule. About a week or so before officially joining the dynasty, he would participate in the siege of the Hellerian Throne Room and the courtroom, personally led by Aleczaender. This event, which would ultimately end up being a great humiliation for AlbertHellerium, was a turning point in the conflict against Helleria; Albert's attempts to deflect accusations of being a predator failed and his downward spiral only got worse. Enlisting in the Gendarmerie in Octavia, which at that time was still in the sci-fi era, he promoted very quickly, soon ascending to the non-commissioned officer ranks. Not long after his enlistment, he would first meet Aleczaender, the legendary eternal founder of Richterism, during an inspection just before the launch of the group. He also became involved in another Richterian project - Areman, run by FrankRichterian.
However, his occasionally erratic and odd behavior would earn him the ire of several people in the dynasty - and at times was ridiculed for it. Like everyone else, he would soon learn of Aleczaender's retirement after coming across the interview conducted with him on YouTube, in which he explained his vision for the Dynasty. As what appeared to be the end of his time on the platform came to a close, Will would be recruited by Aleczaender to work on an archive Roblox game - a gallery of sorts containing vignettes of Richterist history, which was ultimately never completed due to Richard's actions. On July 4, 2021, he would be called into Richard's office at The Alps by one of the Richterian Guards. Uncertain and fearful, he walked into Richard's office and sat down. Richard would ask him for his loyalty, and he assured Richard that he was a steadfast loyalist. Richard then made him an intern of sorts - and would task him with filling him in on important matters, though at some point this would come to an end and he went back to his previous status as a junior bloodline member.
Changing of the Guard
On July 18, 2021, a grand ceremony was held at The Alps. Several dozen people, Will being among them, took part in the event. It marked the end of an era for the dynasty, with Aleczaender officially handing over control to his appointed Successor and heir, Richard. As the ceremony ended, Aleczaender would then go around shaking hands with loyalists, including Will. As he walked out the door, and left Roblox for what seemingly was for good, all those who had participated would release balloons into the sky, to remember their glorious leader. However, little did the dynasty realize that their greatest threat came not from the outside, but from within. The transition of power was smooth and quick, with Richard immediately assuming ownership of all of the dynasty's assets, including Octavia, and access to the holder account used by Alec to manage the dynasty's groups. Will would be recruited into the elite Guards unit based on his past experience in elite divisions in other communities in the new Orderstate that Frank had created. He would get to know Richard a little bit better in the coming weeks and took part in game nights Richard co-hosted alongside Ausie, leader of the Monkey Crew - but one day, everything would change.
It was announced that Octavia would be returning to the WW2 era - this iteration of the group had been a massive success for the dynasty, and the leadership was hoping to replicate it by bringing it back and any loyalists were nostalgic for the old Octavia. He would be made a Lieutenant in the Gendarmerie - but sometime afterward was kicked out by KongRichterian, a powerful ally of Frank, who had gone on a power trip and began to dismiss at random anyone he claimed was incompetent. After a very short stint in the Shock division, he went back to the regular army. Will saw frequent combat in the streets of Paris, the nation's capital, alongside the rest of the Gendarmerie, often being engaged in intense gun battles against the LVF. In the summer of 2021, the LVF began a renewed offense throughout Octavia with hopes of doing as much damage as possible to the war effort and weakening the military. Paris was ground zero for an uprising that soon turned into bitter house-to-house and block-to-block fighting, with both sides suffering heavy casualties and the LVF launching ambushes and sneak attacks using guerrilla tactics. To make matters worse, other groups began to take up arms, though they still could not completely break the Octavian Army.
The Great Destruction
On August 16, 2021, RichardRichterian and a handful of associates including Kong, Frank and Luxinand, betrayed the dynasty, and AAed and nuked all Richterian-owned groups and projects, including Octavium. This event has since come to be known as the Great Destruction, and was a watershed moment in Richterian history, sparking a civil war between various Richterist factions that would last for three years and divide the entire community. Upon learning of Richard's betrayal, Will was initially filled with despair and compared the situation to the final scene in the first half of Red Dead Redemption 2 when Micha betrayed the Van Der Linde gang. Soon after this event took place, the Dynasty was in ruins; the AA had completely destroyed all of Alec's projects which he had left to Richard. An emergency meeting of the remaining bloodline members and loyalists took place in the Richterian court, convened by SpartanRichterian and EthanRichterian. Though trying to present a united front in the face of this catastrophe; it was clear there were deep divisions within the bloodline that had existed for some time. After various factions began declaring war on one another, the Richterian Civil War officially began, pitting brother against brother.
